I just read Aaron Francis's piece on logging off, and it really resonated with me. It’s so easy to get caught up in the online world, and I think we often slice mastersunderestimate the benefits of disconnecting. Taking a break can clear your mind and improve your overall well-being. I’d love to hear more about others' experiences with logging off. Have you noticed any positive changes when you take time away from screens?
