Mailcoach is a self-hosted email list manager. It integrates with services like Amazon SES, Mailgun or Sendgrid to send out mailings affordably.

If you're using Laravel, you can learn the techniques we used to create Mailcoach in your own projects by watching the Mailcoach video course.

📺 Video: Using tags and segments in Mailcoach

Original – by Freek Van der Herten – 1 minute read

My team and I are currently building Mailcoach, a self-hosted solution to easily send out newsletters and email campaigns. In this video, I demonstrate how email lists can be segmented using tags.

Together with Mailcoach, we'll release a video course on how to use Mailcoach, and how it was built. We'll also include some videos on how to write clean, maintainable code. There will be something to learn for everyone, whether you're starting with Laravel, or you already have some years of experience under your belt.

Mailcoach and the video course will launch early 2020, sign up for the email list at https://mailcoach.app to get notified.

Stay up to date with all things Laravel, PHP, and JavaScript.

Follow me on Twitter. I regularly tweet out programming tips, and what I myself have learned in ongoing projects.

Every two weeks I send out a newsletter containing lots of interesting stuff for the modern PHP developer.

Expect quick tips & tricks, interesting tutorials, opinions and packages. Because I work with Laravel every day there is an emphasis on that framework.

Rest assured that I will only use your email address to send you the newsletter and will not use it for any other purposes.
