Here's a video of Surma having technical problems while presenting his State of Houdini talk. Luckily Jake Archibald and others "help" him out ?

No matter how well you prepare a talk, you can always have technical difficulties. If you handle the failure gracefully, the public won't mind.

Here's a video of a talk I did this year at PHP Experience 2018 in Brazil. The plan was to showcase the boot sequence of the Raspberry Pi starting our dashboard. I mistakenly packed my kids' Raspberry Pi with their 16 bit games instead of the Pi containing the dashboard. ?‍♂️

Stay up to date with all things Laravel, PHP, and JavaScript.

Follow me on Twitter. I regularly tweet out programming tips, and what I myself have learned in ongoing projects.

Every month I send out a newsletter containing lots of interesting stuff for the modern PHP developer.

Expect quick tips & tricks, interesting tutorials, opinions and packages. Because I work with Laravel every day there is an emphasis on that framework.

Rest assured that I will only use your email address to send you the newsletter and will not use it for any other purposes.
